Standard tools are designed for nutserts that can be set with a hand tool. Our ratcheting tools can set any aluminum, steel or stainless steel nutsert up to 12 mm in diameter with the right mandrel.

    Our nutsert tool conversion kits let you use your tools to set different threads and sizes of rivnuts. These replace the standard mandrels, adding the shape and threading needed for other insert sizes. When ordering, check the product information to confirm the kit is compatible with your tool. Our basic setting tool is not compatible with nutsert conversion kits.
